Today we had a peer review with a representative from Simplyhealth Professionals (Denplan). It was a great opportunity to go through our policies and procedures, with a third party commenting on them.
We are still waiting for the official report, however the feedback on the day was very positive, and we are now aiming to become a Denplan Excel Practice.
