Staff Changes

We are pleased to announce that in April we will be joined by Mr Bobby Musukwa (Dental Hygienist) and Mrs Erika Oliveira (Dental Hygienist). Bobby is joining in a permanent role and Erika is joining as a locum Dental Hygienist for 3 months.

Bobby completed his Dental Hygienist training at the University of Wales Dental Hospital, Cardiff in 1989. He has worked in various Dental institutions including the Centre of Excellence in Dentistry at the Eastmann Dental Hospital in London where he worked as a Research Dental Hygienist. He has a wide range of experience working as a Dental Hygienist and has a special interest in periodontal and implant cases. He also has an interest in treating nervous patients.

Erika graduated from the Dental Medical Faculty of the University of Lisbon in 1999 as a Dental Hygienist. She worked for 12 years for the Portuguese Government, where she gained experience with nervous patients, children and vulnerable people. Erika has been working in general dental practice in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester since 2012, including at Brookview Dental Care between February 2019 and January 2022. She is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy.

The current Dental Hygienist at the practice, Miss Laura Adams, will be leaving in mid-April. We wish Laura all the best in the future.
